What Is Accommodation / Tenancy Support?

Accommodation / Tenancy Support helps participants manage their living arrangements with confidence. This may include short-term stays, support within the home or assistance with daily living needs related to accommodation.

Supports are tailored to your NDIS plan, lifestyle and personal goals.

Short-Term Accommodation Support

We support participants who require short-term accommodation by ensuring they feel comfortable, safe and engaged during their stay. Accommodation options are located close to essential amenities such as public transport, cafes and community spaces.

Participants are encouraged to enjoy a “home away from home” experience.

Activities During Your Stay

Participants may be supported to take part in activities such as:

Watching movies and social activities
Visiting shopping centres
Enjoying meals at nearby cafes
Outdoor walks and light activities
Exploring local attractions
Recreational and leisure outings

Activities are optional and based on participant choice.

Personalised Daily Support

Our team ensures individual care needs are met, which may include:

Support with medication routines
Assistance with bathing and dressing
Meal preparation and cooking
Support with dietary requirements
Daily personal and household routines

These supports can also be provided in your own home if short-term accommodation is not required.

Length of Stay

Support can be provided for flexible periods, ranging from short stays to longer durations, depending on your NDIS funding and individual needs.
